We love pets, but not all guests may feel the same. Thus, we regret to say that they are not allowed. But... you may see a super cute mini-dachshund roaming around and that would be Otto. This means that we didn't find an alternative arrangement for that day (we know... a bit hypocritical but we must agree that one tiny pet is different than allowing 20 of them).

Damages or Missing items

Guests agree to pay for any damages occurring during their stay to their accommodation, including damaged or missing items.

Right of admission

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for money, jewelry or valuables of any kind, or damages to your automobile.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in time is 3PM and checkout time is 11 AM. If you wish to do a late check-out contact us for availability. If the late checkout is more than 2 hours after the regular checkout, 50% of the daily rate will be applied. In any case all late check outs are subject to express approval.

Maximum Occupancy is 2 persons per standard room and 4 persons for the Cottage and the Junior Suites. In the first floor accomodations you may ask for a rollaway bed ($15 per night) which is sbuject to approval and availability. No large gatherings in the rooms.

Quiet Times

Quiet times are from 10 PM to 7 AM the next morning. During that period we ask to refrain from making unnecessary noises. Please keep the volume of your TV, music, conversations, or fights to the minimum volume possible.
